Well by no means am I going to stop running XP. It's just that I'll have to be careful now to secure it properly because MS morons never fixed Vista/7/8.

    Agree. There was no need to change the UI. They should of left the UI and given the option to shell swap to a touch screen friendly UI. Whoever at Microsoft thought that adding complexity would increase productivity should of been fired. They thought that making somthing take 4-5 mouse clicks was better than somthing that only took mouse clicks 2-3 clicks. And there attempt to simply the menus by hiding functions only made it more frustrating to perform those functions.

Grandmasoft has "simplified" the Steam version of Age of Empires II HD too. It lacks AI personalities and multiplayer gaming options. :(
