I have noticed that some new folks have started one or more topics with the same question being repeated over-and-over-and-over... even though they have had their question answered. They also tend to variate the question to snare new "helpers".

Should this be part of the Forum rules, or is it aleady there and I just didn't notice?

How can they be convinced to "Just Stop It"?

(hope this topic is in the right place...)

We try our best, but there is always some members they don't care about forum rules.
We will see what can we do about this issue.

Thanks for pointing this out.

Like xper said, we can't always have complete control over what people do, but what you've said is actually part of the rules already. We try to encourage members to search for their answers before posting, but unfortunately, many don't do this.

One of the ways that other members can help this problem is by helping us encourage people to search first. If you do this, please do it in an encouraging manner, and without making the new members feel unwanted or stupid. We want to invite people to the forums, right? ;)
