MOM 2005 heart beat alert Rate Topic: -----

i am having problems with MOM 2005. The company i work for has issues with there WAN links and one of several remote DC loses connection which fires up a heart beat failure error is there a way to change the lenght of time before the error alert is send out the line is off line for about 60 seconds before coming back up.
