i got the last ver of vista with update already in

and vlited it

i use vmware to check it and got that msg (check the picture)

i get that err msg in very beginning of the installation

check the ini for more info

i try reconfig it and make the vlite ver without the unattain part

and still not helping

maybe its will help nuhi

Do you have more or exactly 256MB of RAM and try to remake the ISO, it could have been corrupted somehow.
