How Effective Is Windows Defender? Rate Topic: -----

In Windows XP I always used Hitman Pro to take care of my spyware problems but it seems most of the software that it runs doesnt seem to work in vista. I downloaded Ad Aware 2007 and it wont even run! it installs correctly but wont execute at all. I was wondering how does windows defender compare to software such as Ad-Aware and CWS Shredder?

Its good but cant say its very effective. Some places I don't get spy ware detected with defender but can locate that with spy sweeper.

use vlite to cut it off and install nod32
