You need Resource Hacker (maybe PE Explorer if you dislike ResHacker) and a graphic program like Photoshop...

ok, ive downloaded this program
Ive figured that my variant of style is probably NormalColor (royale vista // left shellstyle), coz there is 4 different variants, and only those mine dont have own name (another have for example VistaXtcL).
Whats next?
When i opens background section there is only one normal looking background, this for example whats on top of window (it looks like), when im replacing it with another background and applying, nothing changes ;/
what i should edit?
or maybe there is some tutorials on net?
I only wanna change the top window bar and menu color to green
