I used Adobe customization wizard to build a silent setup for Adobe reader 8. It worked fine----no windows, nothing at all and the software got installed. However, when i put it in my RunOnce.cmd it did not execute. There were 11 other softwares in my RunOnce but only Adobe failed. The paths are right. I saw the "...operations completed successfully window during setup with no errors". Please try to guess why this happened:

Use This in RunOnceEx.cmd

REM ----------------------RunOnceEx.cmd--------------------------

REG ADD %KEY%05 /VE /D "Adobe Reader 8" /f
REG ADD %KEY%05 /V 1 /D "%systemdrive%\install\Applications\AdobeReader8\Adobe.cmd" /f

REM ----------------------RunOnceEx.cmd--------------------------

And Create This File ( Adobe.cmd ) in %systemdrive%\install\Applications\AdobeReader8\Adobe.cmd

REM -------------------------Adobe.cmd-----------------------------

@Echo Off
setup.exe /sPB /rs /rps /msi"ALLUSERS=TRUE EULA_ACCEPT=YES SUPPRESS_APP_LAUNCH=YES"
Exit

REM -------------------------Adobe.cmd-----------------------------

? :blink: ?
Why? Use Adobe.cmd Whithout Command-Line /sPB /rs /rps /msi"ALLUS~
Because is too large from' REG ADD '

GooD LucK !!! :sneaky: !!!

Yeah, I think V3000 hit the nail on the head. The switches I am using for Reader 8.1 are 'setup.exe /sPB /rs'. That's it and that's all, seems to be installing fine.
