Although it IDs as an InstallShield Wizard it refuses to create setup.iss when -r, /r or /R are used. /s doesn't work either.

does it happen to have a .msi with it? like the setup file extracts files and an msi is one of them?

just downloaded the demo....

it is a PTFW package.
rightlick and extract it.
in the folder where you extraced it are the actual setup files, one of them is a setup.exe

try the -r to that or the /qn for msi
