After installing, got the message I "need to reinstall Windows"
Now, I know I don't *need* to do that...
So, I found that there was a user.O98 and user32.O98 files and no user.exe and user32.dll files where they should be.
So I Renamed the .O98 to appropriate file names and got bluescreen after reboot.
...had to extract originals to get here to type this.
Edit:
Fixed... just a bad file download, methinks
(It never stated "updating files..." after reboot with bad file)
