Ok, I am one of the few that still enjoy using MSN for my email. But...I just got a new Dell 400 XP and tried to install MSN from the internet, Qwest with MSN Premium. I uninstalled everything except this funny file called cclitesetupui....

It will not let me delete it and unless it is deleted I can't install MSN, without getting the msnmeta.dll error message. I have talked to Qwest, Microsoft and Dell no one has a fix for me, my husband operating system is the same, and we have the same issue on both systems.

Does anyone have an idea?

Would greatly appreciate, clear directions on how to get MSN up and running on my Vista machine.

Thank you in advance for any help

Kind Regards,
Karen

Try using Unlocker to delete the file:

Let me know if that works. ;)
