Hi Guys!

Well, the problem is as the topic says. I can't start VMware because I get this popup everytime:

What's the cause of it?

Thanks in advance!

I'm using the VMware provided by nuhi on the Add-ons section at www.nliteos.com. And yes, I've followed the instructions in the readme.

I just got that error myself. I am a little late to this one but with a little tracing with Process Monitor and an extracted admin install of the full msi I found these missing files responsible:
PATH \Program Files\VMware\VMware Workstation\
libcurl.dll
libeaynf32.dll
ssleaynf32.dll
xmlparse.dll
xmltok.dll
xmlrpc.dll
