Ummmm what the heck do you mean by nodous?

on printer cable's wire its somethings like a 2.5 cm cylinder also with plastic covering, (also i saw it on

LCD cables too ), i heard that it is for NOISE, but i dont know is it right or not and i wana know more, if its possible , please be in detail.

It's a Ferrite core placed there to stop parasitic signals (electrical noise) from traveling up and down the cable.

Those have been used on various data cables, power supply lines, etc., for more years than I can remember.

It's a GOOD thing. Be glad it's there.
