:rolleyes:hi

In Outlook Express there is a function in the message rules "do not download it from the server".
I use this function on 4 computers at my home ,(4 users) , and I find it very useful.

But I will rather use MicrosoftOutlook. But can I sort my incomming mail in MicrosoftOutlook ?.(of course if I have a Exchange server I can)

Does anyone here know a trick or some other thing to do, if the function schould be used in MicrosoftOutlook.?

lkl

Outlook has a feature called "Leave a copy on the server" is this what you are looking for? It allows you to read the email in outlook, but also does not remove the copy that is on the email server. It is used for POP3 accounts.

Sounds like you want to setup Password Protected Outlook Profiles. Go to the Mail and Fax Icon in the control panel.
