Has anyone else seen this behaviour? In our small office we publish free/busy data to a file server (ex. Publish at my location: "file://\\fileserver1\public\freebusy\John.Smith.vfb", Search location: "file://\\fileserver1\public\freebusy\%NAME%.vfb"). Whenever someone creates an appointment as "Tentative", it shows up for everyone else as "Busy". Is this the expected behaviour? Is there some way to make it show as "Tentative"? We primarily use Office 2003 SBE so this is with Outlook 2003.
