Setup:
New Server 2003 R2 Terminal Server install.
Roaming profiles for users
Office 2003 Pro SP3

Issue:
Randomly users will be asked to enter their username and Initials when starting an office app. If I look at the registry key on the Terminal Server before opening anything Office it definately shows 00 in both the UserName and UserInitials Keys befpre the problem exibits itself. What makes this a really strange problem is that I cannot figure out what is removing those Key Values or why they are not updated by the NTUSER.DAT file in the roaming profile (If I load the Hive the values are there). I can log in and out many times with no problems then out of the blue, the values are missing again. The only solid statement I can make is that the values will definately be gone with the first log on of the morning, then it is random during the day. The event logs are giving me no information as to something happining and I cannot make it happen.

Any help would be appreciated.
