Im having a few cross version issues with the old & new version of powerpoint.

when ive recived a presentation built in the older version of Powerpoint im finding that when its now opened in the new version (2007) the font size format changes

for example i had a presentation given to be today and the font size when viewed in the 2003 version was 22.....

when i opened it in 2007 it changed every font size to 28 and threw the formatting all over the place.

Ive looked and looked for a setting to stop this happening....but cant find one

anyone have any ideas as im getting this issue often between version??

I haven't come across that, but when font size changes, it may be due to font substitution when the same font is not installed in both computers.

The font size may change if you have "autofit" enabled in Powerpoint - it will enlarge or shrink the font depending on whether it fits in the windows or not.

Thus, check your fonts and make sure both have the same VERSION installed.
