Greetings.

Need help with a little problem using nlite to make a fully unattended setup CD.

I have selected the option to log in as administrator without password, and have the computer/user/company names entered. Yet setup would pause and ask for the computer name to be confirmed. What have I done wrong?

Many thanks for the help.

You need to select Fully Automated on General page.

Many thanks for your reply, mara-.

But it's now asking for administrator's password.

What else should I change?

Best regards.

mara, you should remove the picture or replace it by another one, because everyone can read the CD key of your OS.

In WINNT.SIF add:

[GuiUnattended]
AdminPassword=*
AutoLogon=Yes
AutoLogonCount=[1-99]

Note the *, leaving it blank won't work. ;)

The actual number of AutoLogonCounts is up to you.

using the default hide pages works for me, i think (ie you shouldn't have to put it to 'fully automated'?) ;)

You are right, snowden. Fully unattended setup works with UnattendMode=DefaultHide.

Thanks for clarifying.

Best regards.
