I have made many unattended installations with nlite and windows xp and office 2003. with those you could add programs in the $oem$ folder on the windows CD and it would be copied to the hard drive. Does anyone know the way to get programs such as office 2007 into the vista DVD so they will be copied to the hard drive and setup.exe can be run from the runonce in the registry? Thanks in advance for all your help.

vLite doesn't have that feature yet.
tou can use many options to run your programs. i don't suggest you copy the programs to the hdd first as you will increase the installation time.
go to the Vista Unattended forum here in MSFN and look for options.
an easy ones are FirstLogonCommands and Setupcomplete.cmd but there are others as well.
