Error when installing Windows cannot access the installation sources Rate Topic: -----

Windows cannot access the installation sources. Verify that the installation sources are accessible, and restart the installation.


Thats what i get after i click on the install button.

Any idea whats causing it?

AthlonXP 2500+, 1GB, r9600XT

Odd, I remember a few of those errors, try burning the disk at a slower speed if you haven't already. Otherwise, try keeping Internet Explorer and see if the problem goes away. It's also possible that its a ram issue, especially since you turned on the option to allow install with 256mb; I assume you don't have much ram to begin with. Add more and try again, remove once Vista is installed.

I compiled and burned it again and now it worked.
I even got 3112 sata drivers from USB to work.
But after copying all the files and restart, it started the loading screen. And after that it does a restart. Over and over. Always after loading screen.
Ideas?

**** it does it even with the original dvd. wth!?!
I have an abit NF7-S (2.0) motherboard. could anyone point me the correct sata drivers? maybe they are bugging. sil3112A says upon boot.

Alright, yeah, sounds like it could be your sata drivers. Try integrating these with nLite, you should only need the 3112 folder, but if you really want to do all of them it shouldn't hurt.
