i'm going to use the new commodo v3 final that was just released after i do a new vlite. is it ok to remove the vista firewall?
will it cause problems if i remove it?
how does commodo take over vista firewall, like does it shut it down or do they both run?

I'm using Comodo as well, it's the best firewall for Vista at this moment.
(especially the option to turn off logging)
It doesn't rely on Windows Firewall, you can remove it.
Only thing that Windows Firewall was so far needed is IIS installation but home users rarely need that anyway and vLite would warn you about that if you kept IIS.
