I'm not sure if i'm in the right forum to ask about this but it seemed to make sense to ask here.
I'm just wondering, why is their a comments button on the main page when it seems nobody is allowed to press it? I ask because in the most recent posting about virtual pc it claims former versions of the software cannot run longhorn. Which is completely false. It can and does run longhorn just fine in older versions.
Since I know this I really wanted to comment saying this but I just get told i'm not allowed. So why have a comment button at all then?

Off Topic question for the Mods...Why is this getting the "This is not a warez site!" flag on it?
Just in quick reading it appears to be a legit question.

rik, if you are talking about the rule in Red at the top of the thread it is always there. Any time one comes to the "Longhorn Forum" you will see it. It is not a flag, it is a rule reminder............
I moved the thread........

Coco, what message do you get when you try to post a comment on one of the frontpage news articles? Have you checked to see if you're logged in (shows your username on top left of the page)

Aaron is right. It is a common practice for most people to read the news and later login to the community. When you select the comment button before logging in to the community you will receive that message. We may need to add a comment to that effect for clarification purposes.
Thanks for asking Coco

Hmmm, I was logged in from the other computer and I always got that message but now for some reason on this computer it lets me post the comment. Weird, I swear i've always had access denied before regardless. Guess i'm just wrong.
Seems to working nm.
