Administrator can edit the board (ie: Adding forums, creating Super Mods, etc.)
Super Moderator can add/delete posts, edit posts, close posts, etc. anywhere...
Moderator can only do what a Super Moderator can do in one forum...

Just to clearify the differences:
Admins:Full control of the server, board apperence and members.
SuperMods:Member Control (Warning system, Suspention, Ban) Universal Topic and thread moderation.
Mod:THread and Topic Moderation generally in regards to one section.
