I used Neo's .res file, and Rick's installation method on all the SP3 RC1 3264 kernels. I've only tested in VMWare, but it seems to be working flawlessly.

VistaMizer will also change the boot screen as well as the log in screens, and with the proper uxtheme.dll patch, you can even run themes.

I know that it isn't an nLite add-on, but I did want to mention it because VistaMizer does give you the option of creating an .iso after you've finished with the mods and tweaking using nLite, so don't anybody get mad at me please for mentioning it here.
