LMAO, that is insane. I couldn't even imagine what a system that has that kind of power could do. I think I've relatively got a decent grouping of parts for around $1600. It appears that ram can be either dual channel or SLI. I thought this was an interchangeable naming convention when it came to memory/ram. Is there any difference? newsposter Posted December 27, 2007 Share Posted December 27, 2007 Remember that if at any time you want to run a monitor in 'real' HDTV resolution, you're probably going to need a graphics card that has on-board hardware codecs as well as enough horsepower and memory to run full-color 1920x1200 at 30+ fps.
