I'd like to create a complete compatibity list of drives with what chipsets they function properly on. See specs in my signature.EDIT:I was running the rig without AHCI enabled until a few days ago when puntoMX posted how to enable AHCI after windows is installed. Monster02 Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 I can confirm for certain that the LG SATA GH20ns10 does NOT work on the Intel ICH9R chipset for booting.
