moving new installed machine to an AD specified folder Rate Topic: -----

hi, new advance, new problems :realmad: :realmad: :realmad:

i activated directory services in WDS, to after a domain join, the computer will be moved to a specific folder in AD, but it doesn't move!!!

help??

any chance you can post a screen shot of the config you have for WDS?

WDS:
In windows deployment service - server properties -> directory services -> New Client naming Policy (name by Mac Adress);
In windows deployment service - server properties -> directory services -> Client Account Location -> The Following Location (my domain\WDS PC's)
