You need to copy the PowerDVD.sim from your powerdvd program file folder to the new installation powerdvd folder

ok guys after reading this topic, i got really confused and started searching for answers everywhere....and found out some interesting things, and decided to post them for clarification

first off, to do a silent install you have to create your own setup.iss file. you do this by using the -r switch when you run the setup.exe and complete the install manually. this tells the program to record all the info you put into the setup. the recorded file will be in the %systemroot%\windows folder.

after running the setup with the -r you can then copy\move the generated .iss to your install folder and run the setup with the -s switch for your silent install

hopefully this clears things up for loads of ppl!
