legnireb Posted January 23, 2008 Author Share Posted January 23, 2008 Hi Kelsenellenelvian!Ths for the path to the file...I just tried with a setup.exe file and i received this message...USSF detected that the file you selected is a valid PE file.However, it couldn't identify its type.The header returned by PEiD was 'Nothing found [Overlay]'in same folder i have PEid.exe with Ussf.exe.I tried to rename PEid to Helper.bin but the result was the same...something wrong? Kelsenellenelvian Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 Ok i can tell you right now its not a ussf error it is the installer.That is a more complex installer. I would be willing to bet you can right click on it and extract it using a program like winrar.If not you can run it and goto you user profile temp folder and grab the files it places in there.Ussf is made for most common installers it is not an all-in-one stop.The "Applications Install" section of this forum can help you further with the apps ussf can't help you with.
