Hi everyone,

I'm trying to make a winxp custom installation disk with custom ubication of 'program files', 'my documents' and 'desktop' folders and i'm not sure how to do this or if this is posible.

The idea behind this is to be able to do clean reinstalls of windows (new 'windows' and 'document and settings' folders, that are the root of many evils :D)but keep, 'program files', 'my documents' and 'desktop' folders, the 'program files' is easy, but for the my documents i want a structure like this 'x:\users\user_x\documents' and 'x:\users\user_x\desktop', maybe a run once batch for every new user or something like that.

Has someone do this? any help or ideas will be apreciated :P

From what I know, you can't keep "My Documents". Even with same user name, it's still a new user from a new Windows XP install.
