You can do that in unattended (autounattend.xml), but I don't have the specifics here, do you want me to move this topic to the more appropriate forum?

This should get you going:

just make sure you start off every RunSynchronousCommand in the AuditUser pass with "cmd /c"
e.g. cmd /c "<location>\something.cmd"
