explorer error unable to access control panel how do i correct an error in explorer Rate Topic: -----

:) [B] I just reinstalled Winndows Me, downloaded all updates, now...a week later, I am still unable to access the control Panel. Continued error, told to restart computer. well, 1000 times later, still no access. I this all in vain??
Any suggestion on the repair?

What exactly are the error messages you are seeing?
