How do i make a msi or 7z file for a unattended install with Nlite?
And can i change the background from a windows xp setup ?

i encourage you to use the search function. There are some guides on how to build RAR or 7z self-extracting setups.

for MSI installer, i use Caphyon Advanced Installer but is not free.

Installer2Go is freeware w/ minor Ads or pay w/o Ads but silent install is no see anyway. Small, light and easy to use, especially for a new person into the scene of creating installers.
