Did you use .net 2.0 Lite or full one from the Microsoft site?

Btw uninstall all .net frameworks, reboot and install this one (2.0 sp1):

If it helps let me know and I will update links on the site to this SP1 version.

i used the one that is 22mb and has no service pack. i'll let you know if it works. Thanks alot nuhi.

Nuhi, I'm using vLite 1.1.1 in XP SP2 with NLite Runtimes R3 without a glitch. Only I have to copy System.XML.dll to vLite folder. I don't install bloat .NET 1/2/3/3.5

Also just to get the obvious out of the way redownload vLite installer and (re)install it, especially if you used selfextracting version and maybe skipped a few files.
