BSOD happens at integration stage(in my case it was integration of mui).
Cause of BSOD is 000.fcl
Default location is
%PROGRAMFILES%\CyberLink\PowerDVD\000.fcl
Removing Powerdvd solved BSOD.
Not sure which exactly Powerdvd version it was, some of 7.3 versions.
