Hi Everyone,

I am Glad i found this forum its great a lot of good infomation :thumbup


When I do a XP Unattended install and it reboots the 1st time ( and also the 2nd time) It shows this
Remove Disks or Other media
Press any key to restart

(i am using windows Xp with a Floppy Disk)

Other than this the process is great , I was wondering if there is away this does not happen it will make the install fully automated,maybe a change in the winnt.sif file perhaps , i am not concerned about the second reboot ( the Installation is completed by then)

This happens because the diskette is still in your disk drive. Remove it and it will go fine. Or better, don't use a diskette and instead include your WINNT.SIF on your CD-ROM. Please see the Unattended Guide before asking more questions.
