i use ffdshow on windows to add stuff like crystality, freeverb etc to make my mp3s sound "fuller". i was wondering if there's something similar for linux?

One nice thing about Linux is that there is no shortage of audio editing tools. Try out Audacity (also available for Windows).

i find audacity hard to use. i'm looking for something more generic like ffdshow that does it to everything, just check the box; no manual editing needed.
