Napster isn't "dying" or dead. They have been revamped. Just because you don't like the idea of having to pay for music doesn't mean that it's dead. I believe that artists should be paid to. How would you like it if you went to work every day and you weren't pay for what you did? Or, if you made a software program for everyone else to use, and you wanted to be paid for it, and you weren't?

I liked the fact that Sharza integrated many networks..but it dident seem to be as fast or consistant as anyone of the networks.
Just using the bittorent client with supernova seems to be more effective for me...

i dont think you have been to many anti-riaa sites. the artist doesn't get as much as you think.

No spyware, but it still brodcasts your Ip...and thus you can be found and sued for illegal copywrite infringment.
If you want to trade illegally, i would reccoment being abit smarter about the whole process...using Kazza is like being a sitting duck.

Yes, but you can't possibly think that a CD just creates itself out of thin air... I know that you say "Oh, a CD only costs a couple pennies, but you have to take into account EVERYTHING. Don't be so cheap.

Kazaa lite K++ has an ip blocker that is updated from peer gardian. i looked at the entire list, it block riaa, mpaa, sony, warner brothers, fake file users, fbi, and all sorts of other people.

But what's all this talk about DC++ ? Is it like BT ?
I suppose you can download the win32 client from their project's home page at sourceforge.
BTW, does it have a large enough community of users for me to use it (i'd say 40,000 nodes would be good), or is this "sakhat" guy here trying to build up the same ?
