I have recently discovered some of the links in win2k help have stopped working. For example, when I click on Files and Folders > Open a File or folder > Related Topics, I get the following error:
Internet Explorer Script Error
Line: 519
Char: 9
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
URL: ms-its:D:\WINNT\Help\windows.chm::/windows_fcab_open_folders.htm
According to kb822989 - Links in HTML Help Topics Are Unavailable or No Longer Work, installing sp4 should resolve the problem, but I am already running sp4. I tried reinstalling sp4, but the problem is still there. I am using IE5.5 sp2.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

I just found the solution in the ms win2k newsgroup. Simply run the following 2 commands.
regsvr32 /u c\winnt\system32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 c\winnt\system32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 /u c\winnt\system32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 c\winnt\system32\hhctrl.ocx
