The Addon builder is for BitComet V1b
Will probably work with some older and newer versions of BitComet.

Notes:
BitComet is a p2p file-sharing freeware fully compatible with Bittorrent, which is one of the most popular p2p protocol designed for high-speed distribution of 100MB or GB sized files. BitComet is a powerful, clean, fast, and easy-to-use bittorrent client. Use:
Just unpack the Winrar file. Read the readme. Run the BitComet Addon builder when you're ready.

The Addon builder will make a multi Language addon.

If the addon builder would not longer work on newer versions than please tell me.

using the copy+ command now instead of xcopy. Thanks to forum member yumeyao
changed the [DestinationDirs] dir section of BtCmt.inf sow that the [string] section is no longer needed.
Some small changes done
