Just unpack the Winrar file. Read the readme. Run the BitComet Addon builder when you're ready.

using the copy+ command now instead of xcopy. Thanks to forum member yumeyao
changed the [DestinationDirs] dir section of BtCmt.inf sow that the [string] section is no longer needed.
