Problems with the file RtlGina2.dll Rate Topic: -----

I have installed an inhalambrico Netgear WG111v2, and he(she) has installed to me a file RtlGina2.dll that has deactivated the option of user's change and prevents me from changing user in my computer.
Someone can help me to solutions this problem thank you

A quick google search on your problem description and the file name brought me to this, which appears to be your problem and the fix.
