Catalyst Control Center doesn't work in server 2008

I've installed latest Catalyst 8.4, but this utility doesn't work.

Trying to launch, CCC don't find my Card, and all options are greyed.

Tried in vista and XP, works normally.

am running catalyst 8.4 on server 2008 x86 and it works fine. (radeon 3870)

Yes...running in a "workstation"...
