Need command line for Winrar SFX file.

Hi All,
I created a silent install of one of the applications via winrar sfx and put "Shortcut=D...." command line in SFX comments.
so far so good its working fine.
but now i want to place this shortcut in %systemdrive%\AllUserProfile%\Desktop. Can anybody help me with the command line for the same?

Is there a way to place a shortcut using winrar sfx in start menu/accessories ?

Add a shortcut to.

C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

It will be differant on XP.

The %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Desktop can this be changed to put the shortcut into the Start Menu>All Programs etc but still be for ALLUSERSPROFILE?

So would it become %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Startmenu\All Programs\[shortcut here]
