Have a look at the ScreenShots http://www.911cd.net/forums//index.php?sho...20089&st=11
Select No at ScreenShot 12 is what you need: Copy Only USB Content Source and No XP Source
So Download USB_MultiBoot_8.zip
Unpack USB_MultiBoot_8.zip to your Harddisk in a simple Path without SPACES.
doubleclick USB_MultiBoot_8.cmd
Select XP Source and USB Drive Target
Then Make MultiBoot and Copy Sources to USB-Drive

Unless this was fixed in between, the program still insist 50Meg should be reserved when only 7.5 Megs are used aside PE and XP. This has me slashing my BartPE from 40 Meg to fit it on a 256Meg stick where it keeps those unused 40Meg . Are they needed ?

The 50 MB Reserved are only needed to prevent overflow.
The $WIN_NT$.~BT Folder uses about 12 MB and cmdcons can take a similar amount of space.
Also Folder Size on Disk is larger then the measured folder size, for which also some space is reserved.
But If you use the stick only for BartPE without XP Setup Folders,
then it is not needed to reserve the 50 MB.
The smallest stick size nowadays is 1 GB, and then the 50 MB Reserved is no problem.

I moved the "programs" sub-folder from the PE folder, made the stick then readded the missing folder on the stick. That insignificant 256Meg thingy is offered a second life thanks to you.
