How to revert back Performance-Disable custom EXE icons (enable custom EXE icon)?

Maybe here?
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\exefile\DefaultIcon]
@ = "%1"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\dllfile\DefaultIcon]
@ = "%1"

or my
REG_EXPAND_SZ = %SystemRoot%\system32\Icons\exec.ico
