Diference between .MSU, .CAB & EXPRESS .CAB

The first, sorry for my bad english one more time... :blushing:

I have three diferent files of an update:

Windows6.0-KB938371-v2-x86.cab
Windows6.0-KB938371-v2-x86.msu
Windows6.0-KB938371-v2-x86-EXPRESS.cab

If I want to integrate this update with vlite, wich of these are the best option?

PD I search in this forum but dont't find anything about this... maybe my little vocabulary :blushing:

Try .msu first.It should work fine.If it doesent then .cab.

if .msu is intehrated den vlite shows the hotfix release date
wen using .cab it doesnt
thats wat i know

Then I will integrate de .MSU, but I have some updates in .CAB format, and I can't find their .MSU version...

AnyOne knows any website for download the updates? With Windows Update is imposible...

Select Windows Vista or Windows Vista x64 and then in Service Pack select 1 and it will all the Post SP1 updates

Or. open the Windows Update log and it has the links to the msu file which you just copy n paste into your browser.
