Trillian Basic v3.1.11.0

Trillian™ is a fully featured, stand-alone, skinnable chat client that supports AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo Messenger, and IRC. It provides capabilities not possible with original network clients, while supporting standard features such as audio chat, file transfers, group chats, chat rooms, buddy icons, multiple simultaneous connections to the same network, server-side contact importing, typing notification, direct connection (AIM), proxy support, encrypted messaging (AIM/ICQ), SMS support, and privacy settings.

Trillian provides unique functionality such as contact message history, a powerful skinning language, tabbed messaging, global status changes (set all networks away at once), Instant Lookup (automatic Wikipedia integration), contact alerts, an advanced automation system to trigger events based on anything happening in the client, docking, hundreds of emoticons, emotisounds, shell extensions for file transfers, and systray notifications.

johndoe74, I think there is something wrong with this add-on.

During my virtualization test, the Trillian installer pops-up and I have to select settings. The program even got to load, and I think that halted my installation.

So, right now, the virtual machine is not running (still stuck at registering components), and the Trillian program perhaps messed it up.

johndoe74, do you think you can check out what's wrong? I really wish to have this program preinstalled. But if it's a no-go, please tell me.

I think now I have to redo my nLite disk (-_-) ... Please give an update ASAP :) !!

EDIT::
Check out this thread (though outdated): http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?...hlight=trillian --> n7Epsilon seems to have found some complicated things with the installer. Does your add-on compensate for them?

well i did try it out myself and I also asked radix to give it a try and it worked just fine for both of us (in a VM of course) before I posted the addon link. my approach is a bit different from n7Epsilon's in that he appears to have repacked the whole thing into an inno setup installation package while i took the easier route and built an autoit installation script from the stock installer :D

even then, it cost me a ton of time and effort and I d@mn near gave up on it before i decided to go ahead and finish it anyways (I really hate programs that use unattended unfriendly installers)! anyways, let's hope n7Epsilon can repeat his magic with v3.10 ;)

Thanks for the reply, johndoe74 :) .

I've integrated n7Epsilon's add-on instead, and the problem went away (installer did not appear).

Now, I'm running into the same problem with Yza_K's Advanced WindowsCare 2.8.1.885 ( http://www.eng2ita.n...hp?topic=4178.0 ).
I've read something (translated from Google translator, http://translate.google.com/translate?u=ht...l=en&tl=en) about how:

Quote

I just tried addon and me an error after it has finished installing and I blocks the start ... I saw a screen of the fast and I could not read ... /another post/ I tried it on virtualbox me the error when first starting when he says that means loading settings underway .... and then freezes ... and should not be more

The answer was:

The addon Yza_k are made for real with autoit and simulators may not interpret. In real vanno benissimo! In real go well!

So what does this mean? Right now, I again stuck with VirtualBox at the registering components stage for approx 30 minutes before turning it off. Perhaps I shouldn't integrate these add-ons? Anyone have a clue what the heck's going on ??

johndoe74, can you perhaps make an Advanced WindowsCare Personal add-on for me :) ?

PS--
I should also try not virtualizing with only 5 GB of space on my 20 GB HD. (The entire reason for me using nLite anyway is to reinstall XP on my current disk and my new HD.)

Should I just reinstall XP with only XP nLited and then make another disk with add-ons integrated? What do you guys think?
Thank you guys very much. Anyway have a clue why my install is just stopping like that?
