Word formatting normal/doc and outline numbering Rate Topic: -----

I have two questions. My Normal.doc template starts with print layout, not "normal". But when I open a new document it defaults to "normal". How can I get it to open in print layout?

In outline numbering, to demote or promote, I used to press "tab" and "shift -Tab". Now I have to press "alt-shift left/ right". How can I revert to the former?
