Sony Ericsson Pc suite 3.209 & 3.204 NOT starting

Hi all!

installed all my favourited software&drivers&updated&games later checked some all cool so far, checked taskman for mem usage - 120mb commit charge on boot with everything i want&need
thought i'm doing great :rolleyes:

yet can't sync my phone with official soft which i installed last :angry:

all i can do with sony ericsson pc suite is watch the mmc card through win explorer..
it also shows the networking stuff, no taskbar icon nor any loading or error messeges.tried the log too it doesn't show anything wrong!
I tried a couple of reinstalls and small changes in the preset, no go. also tried another SE phone -same result! google finds nothing about this for me.
i'm p***ed because i spent days making the perfect preset...my goal is as small as possible, yet functional for no wireless/networking only pppoe adsl, movies,gaming,browsing,office 2007, support for hebrew and russian, cd burning, connecting various usb devices like players, camera's, phones and basicly being able to run progs and games without any issues while removing as much bloatware as possible....
1)any advice on what could be wrong?
2)what more could i remove to creat a better install cd for my goals...?

my preset-
original xp sp3 from ms
integrated latest Realtek lan driver & Intel Chipset driver
runonced ie7 and .net-aio
