I'm running Windows XP MCE SP2, and I've created a hidden partition on my hard drive with ERD Commander 2005 on it. I've fiddled with my boot.ini for awhile, and I'm stumped. I have it as an option to boot to when I turn on my computer, but it just says there's a problem with the disk when I try to boot to it. I'm sure this is possible to do, though maybe not with boot.ini alone. It's just over my head. Anyone have any ideas?

I have no idea but I strongly suspect that Windows boot.ini can't be used in this way. Not sure how you'd do it but I reckon you'd need something that loaded prior to boot.ini that could boot to ERD Commander. No idea really, just my 10c worth!
