How does one reinstall 938127 on XP3 Rate Topic: -----

I saw previous thread on not being able to install KB938127 on XP3.
From the previous post, KB938127 has been removed.
I have not heard of any updates to XP3 that allow KB938127
VRML Buffer Overrun-to be reinstalled.
